“Hi all I had my 1st hearing on Wednesday and wow what a fantastic result. The court have ordered that I have my children every other weekend due to the distance we live apart and all school holidays will be split 50/50. I am so happy and I cannot wait until I see my boys again. Thank you to everyone on here who helped me and gave me some really great advice”

“Adjourned FHDRA today and thankfully a sensible judge who was very helpful. Got to some common ground with the ex, succumbed to some things but it was mainly centred on my parents not seeing the kids. I now have the order to say they can and I have a set schedule for me as a minimum. Thanks to everyone and this group. It’s been a tough 18months divorcing, moving home, starting a new job, and have intermittent contact with the kids. But we are there. Keep fighting!!”

“My partner went 14 months without seeing his daughter. We came across this wonderful group. Applied immediately to court with the help of the admins and members .Fast forward 5 months and we have just sent off for a order made by consent.
This would of never been possible without this group. We would always be saying we hadn’t got the money. (Because let’s face it, who has 15 grand to pay a solicitor)”

“We so wish we had found this group years ago. We would never have ended up with a £30,000 solicitors bill, ended up with more time with the children, and definitely would have saved ourselves so much heart ache. We love the group because, when things get tough, instead of acting with a knee jerk reaction, we can come on here and get advice. We may not always like what we hear, but to be fair, it’s always ended up spot on, good advice. At our lowest times, we have always received a friendly ear which means so much.
